- Lead, train, and supervise the pastry team for high performance.
- Design seasonal, innovative pastry menus for all dining outlets and events.
- Stay updated on pastry trends and introduce fresh ideas.
- Customize menus for VIP services, weddings, and special events.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items.
