Ensure the railroad train tracks are monitored at all times (24 hours a day / 7 days a week) and ensure the crossing gates for the railroad tracks are closed at all times.
Maintain high morale, minimizing turnover and concentrating on staff development.
Conduct monthly departmental meetings.
Ensure that all staff within his/ her jurisdiction have current job description and organizational charts.
