- About 10 - 12 years of related experience, with a minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role in Qatar
- Experience in turnaround and change management; done couple of those turnaround initiatives.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety and local aws.
