Job SummaryResponsible for planning and executing recruitment activities to source, select, and hire the best talent in line with workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and budgets.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.
- Conduct sourcing campaigns locally and internationally, including career fairs and recruitment drives.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and external partners.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador at events to attract talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, agency performance) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and QHSE standards.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, define KPIs / SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support national development initiatives by actively recruiting Qatari talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (HR certifications preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing a recruitment team and handling high-volume, multi-disciplinary hiring.
- Industry exposure in Marine, Oil & Gas, or Construction preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and social media recruitment.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic required.
