We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations of the materials warehouse. This critical role is responsible for supervising all warehouse transactions including receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuing of materials/assets – ensuring operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and high levels of end-user satisfaction.
As a key member of the supply chain team, you will collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth operations and deliver quality service in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse activities and transactional workflows in SAP (preferably S4-HANA, EWM).
- Oversee material receiving, inspections, documentation, storage, preservation, and issuance.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects and daily tasks.
- Maintain compliance with HSE regulations and report incidents or near misses.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, generate performance reports, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with procurement, end-users, finance, security, and external contractors to ensure coordinated operations.
- Manage external storage facilities and local service contracts.
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse policies, procedures, and systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialist in a materials warehouse role.
- Preferred: Experience in the Petrochemical industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in SAP (S4-HANA, EWM preferred).
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety, preservation, and handling of Chemicals & Catalysts.
