As the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including solar energy systems, ensuring all work complies with Kahramaa standards and local safety regulations. You will also lead a team of electricians and ensure all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership
  : Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and safely.
• Solar System Expertise
  : Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components.
• Kahramaa Compliance

Requirements:

• Kahramaa License
   (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience
  , including 
  at least 2 years of experience in supervising electrical projects
  .
• Hands-on experience with 
  solar energy systems
   (solar panels, inverters, battery storage systems, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of 
  Kahramaa regulations
  , electrical codes, and safety practices, specifically related to solar installations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and solar systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various teams, clients, and contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and solar system diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license
   (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
