Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid and active QCHP License (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care (experience in Qatar)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions.
- Deliver preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling.
- Manage chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma) with evidence-based practices.
- Conduct physical examinations, routine screenings, and health assessments.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely medical records.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate integrated patient care.
- Prescribe medications safely and effectively in accordance with local regulations.
- Uphold ethical medical practices in compliance with QCHP and healthcare facility standards.
Working Conditions:
