Employer: StrongBox Gym in Lusail is a Western run, functional fitness gym offering coached classes and personal training in a purpose built facility adjacent to Doha Golf Club
Job description:
You will be the main point of contact for all members and potential members of the gym. Your key role is to manage the membership accounts and sell memberships to prospects. Specific tasks:
- Sell memberships to prospects efficiently by using sales techniques and personality to maximise conversion from leads to members
- Manage profile of existing members using CRM software and membership software to maximise retention of members long term and identify at risk members and proactively respond
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks - keep track of cash and card sales and trainer commissions
- Track leads using CRM
Your skills:
- An outgoing personality, a people person with a confident manner who enjoys meeting new people
- Sales experience - ideally direct to consumer sales
- Fluent English both written and spoken (Arabic would be a huge plus but is not essential)
- Social media skills and willingness to learn
- Well organised manner with ability to keep a clean desk and well organised diary
Other skills:
Driving is a big plus as it will enable you to reach the location easily. As mentioned an interest in this kind of fitness will help you as it is far easier to selll a service that you love
