**Role Description**:
- These positions span across several departments within Group Retail.-
**Definition of shifts**:Working on different timings on a weekly basis.
- For Example:
- Week 1 morning shift
- Week 2 evening shift
- In addition to working 6 days a week due to work requirement

- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed attractively and according to standard layout norms.
- Follow Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially during clearance.
- Record inventory inward and outward movements and maintain relevant reports.
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) and billing efficiently.
- Tally cash in the till at shift start and end.
- Issue receipts, process refunds and change accurately.
- Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Maintain vigilance and adhere to security protocols in the store.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Loss Prevention policies.
