You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance, and promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer and the people using the equipment. As a maintenance technician, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks, as well as attending call-outs.
Responsibilities
Customer relationship management
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc)
- Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed (at the equipment level)
- Accountable for equipment safety and performance
- Accountable for identifying site risks, and communicating them to his supervisor
- Accountable to take immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification and to apply the escalation procedure
- Accountable for identifying “unplanned” service repairs based on the equipment needs.
- Accountable for the end-users and the site safety
- Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance instructions and safety instructions.
- Accountable for the execution of the service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs) respecting the schedule and time limit (callout), the quality standards, the time allocation, and the processes
- Accountable for raising sales to lead to his supervisor
- Accountable for exact and timely back reporting of the work done according to the process
- Responsible for submitting timesheets based on the execution
- Responsible for keeping the service tooling, van, instruments, etc safe, maintained, and in good condition
- Responsible for regular updates of his supervisor on all relevant information
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Candidates with basic IT skills will be given a preference
- Candidates with basic digital foundation skills will be the right candidate for this position
- Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputed elevator company is a must
- Having a valid GCC driving license is an added advantage

The F-15 Qatari Advanced (F-15QA) Maintenance Technician will perform Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance on the F-15QA in support of the Primary Contractor and the Host Nation Air Force at Al-Udeid AB, Qatar. The Maintenance Technician will operate and maintain the F-15QA aircraft systems, subsystems, support equipment, and/or provide logistics support and expertise.
Job Description Qualifications :
DRG is searching for F-15QA Maintenance Technicians with a Crew Chief or Avionics background who have skills equivalent to USAF trained Technicians.
Position Responsibilities :
- A working knowledge of aircraft systems relevant to the assigned job field is required.
- Ability to interpret and apply information on schematic diagrams, drawings, and charts.
- Fault isolation and repair of assigned systems and system subassemblies is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in the repair of systems relevant to the assigned job field is required. Experience will include troubleshooting systems to component level and repairing mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, powerplant, etc.
- Experience will include repairing line replaceable units to component level, conductor repair, and component removal and replacement, including applicable soldering procedures and precautions.
- Experience will include troubleshooting malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, hydraulics, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems as applicable.
- Experience in performing miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing fluids, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
- Must possess advanced skills to perform calibrations, adjustments, and tests on aircraft systems and components; analyze operation, verify discrepancies, isolate malfunctions, and replace defective components used in installed devices.
- Must be able to lift a minimum weight of 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, and have the ability to climb ladders and stairs. Normal color vision is required.

Maintenance Technician - Mechanical
Job Purpose:
- To optimize the reliability and availability of equipment under area of responsibility through completing
maintenance Activities in accordance with NOC approved operation procedures, guidelines, legislative
requirements and industry best practice. - Identify opportunities and champion initiatives that enable maximum production and injection output within
the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety. - Provide Team Lead with regular reports with analysis and comment on performance and results. Be held
accountable for area of responsibility. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams and corporate groups
as required to meet NOC strategic business and operational objectives. - Contribute to improvements, development and implementation of department activities, processes and
procedures. - Complete safe and efficient replacement and repair activities in the event of failure or malfunction ensuring
quick restoration; troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions as necessary. - Optimize production and uptime when executing maintenance activities which require shut down / isolation
or equipment. - Conduct diagnostic tests and report repetitive equipment failures.
- Prepare adequate documentation and reporting for offshore management consideration regarding wrong

Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Profile
- High School Diploma / Technical certificate in Discipline.
- Minimum 4 years recent experience in the petrochemical, refining, oil /gas exploration and/or production industries in a similar role.
