- 8+ years of employment experience with a combination of experience as a practitioner/ professional within the relevant discipline, as well as experience in a supervisory/management role within the relevant discipline.
- Eligible Professors & Associate Professors that have exhibited consistent exceptional performance.
- Experience working in a post-secondary institution where applied, industry-aligned programs in Health Sciences are offered.
- Strong knowledge of and substantial experience with the development, delivery, evaluation and program accreditation of Health Sciences programs at college or university level.

Additionally, the Associate Dean is responsible for the comprehensive operational management of the College. This encompasses oversight of course scheduling, curriculum development, continuous program assessment and revision, faculty recruitment and retention, as well as budget planning and fiscal management. The role demands close collaboration with Departments Heads and other College leaders to ensure efficient resource allocation and to maintain compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards. By effectively balancing academic leadership with administrative oversight, the Associate Dean contributes significantly to the sustained growth, innovation, and reputation of the College of Health Sciences. Qualifications
Earned PhD (or equivalent as designated and approved) in a relevant discipline from a recognized, accredited institution and should demonstrate evidence of scholarly, professional, and creative achievement sufficient to qualify at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor. Professional Certification relevant to the Disciplines taught in the College. Experience
8+ years of employment experience with a combination of experience as a practitioner/ professional within the relevant discipline, as well as experience in a supervisory/management role within the relevant discipline. Eligible Professors & Associate Professors that have exhibited consistent exceptional performance. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a post-secondary institution where applied, industry-aligned programs in Health Sciences are offered. Strong knowledge of and substantial experience with the development, delivery, evaluation and program accreditation of Health Sciences programs at college or university level. Demonstrated leadership in post-secondary administration in a similar leadership position. Record of successful participation/leadership in applied research projects. Experience in leadership and innovation in technology-based projects. Other required skills
