Collaborate with other hotel departments (events, operations, revenue) to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and risks. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information using the hotel’s CRM system. What We Need From You: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector with a focus on corporate clients. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Strong network within the local and regional corporate market is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
