We are currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements: - Preferably Filipino national with valid Qatar residence visa - Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry - Fluent in English and Tagalog (Arabic is a plus) - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach team members - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives - Identify new business opportunities and expand client base - Manage, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets - Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients - Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments - Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis
