We are seeking a skilled and guest-focused Bartender to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and aligned with five-star luxury service standards.
  • Arabic speaking candidates preferred

Business Function

  • Coordinate and assist with delivering all agreed marketing and PR strategies and monitor on-going marketing and PR campaigns performance and reporting as directed by the Line Manager

  • Experience of working with media and design agencies
  • Educated to College level with previous marketing and PR experience
