- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and aligned with five-star luxury service standards.
