Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior IT Manager to lead our IT operations, digital transformation, and service delivery across the organization. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on expertise , ensuring that our IT infrastructure, applications, and services remain secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with business objectives .

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage large-scale IT functions, deliver enterprise-wide projects, and act as a strategic partner to executive management .

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Service Delivery & Operations

• Oversee enterprise-wide IT service delivery, infrastructure, and applications to ensure reliability and availability.
• Manage IT Service Desk operations, monitor SLAs, and provide Level 2 escalation support.
• Implement and enforce ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and request management).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the procurement process by submitting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and following up on procurement requests.

Maintain a comprehensive list of Purchase Orders (POS) and contractual agreements.

Collaborate with QNL Procurement, QFIT, and Finance departments to ensure all paperwork is accurately and promptly finalized.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an IT or technology environment. Proficient in using office software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Familiarity with procurement processes is an advantage but not mandatory.

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is an essential qualification for this role to facilitate effective communication and support the department's needs.
