**Job Purpose**:
To pioneer, lead and own the formulation of Sales policies, strategy and Sales plans for ORKA, aligning with its strategic direction, policies, and plans; and oversee their implementation and monitor their effectiveness with the aim to maximize long-term shareholders value through the effective support for sustainable revenue growth, proactively exerting leadership and assuring the optimal utilization of resources, consistently achieving targets, with continuous commitment to innovation,

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Strategic**:Set and own policies, strategy & Sales plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility and assure their alignment with ORKA’s strategic direction.**
- Develop and own the annual business plan and associated budget in line with the approved policies, strategy & plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of optimal structure, policies, procedures and controls covering all activities in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility in support of ORKA strategic direction and in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements.
Operational **Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.**
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing sales opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Miscellaneous**:Represent the company in business events as required in line with the approved strategy and plans for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.**
