The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for Asian cuisine and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in accordance with company and local regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory and support in stock control and ordering processes.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and cost control goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or Senior Waiter in a high-volume or Asian restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines and dining culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
