Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in offshore oil & gas platforms? We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a long-term, high-profile redevelopment project with one of the region’s leading energy operators.

This is a residential position based in Qatar on a single status , offering excellent long-term stability, challenging technical work, and the opportunity to be part of a complex multi-year offshore development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of engineering and execution for offshore process and gas compression facilities, including jackets, topsides, bridges, and appurtenances .
• Develop and implement project execution plans in alignment with international project management frameworks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables and resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, risk management, and project interfaces.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree-qualified in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).

• Proven track record in managing large-scale EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning) projects.
• Deep experience with offshore platform structures and facilities .

• Residential role based in Qatar – single status only.

Project Manager – Utilities
Location: Doha Qatar

The role will be to lead a team of Construction Managers in a highly complex and major infrastructure scheme to deliver the utilities aspect of a major project that includes Water telecoms, substations and major control Centres whilst interfacing with successfully with the other aspects of the project and the overall Project Director of this new city development.

Specifies and directs the implementation and completion of one or more major projects or programs, including responsibility for managing safety, scope, cost, schedule and risk, and ensuring appropriate reporting and governance is in place. Responsible for delivery of project(s)/program(s)/portfolio to agreed scope, specifications, schedule and budget, for managing change and customer relationships. Delivers project(s)/program(s)/portfolio which often involves a high level of complexity and risk with multiple workstreams and high financial risk. Oversight of multiple project managers.

Responsibilities

• P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget and forecast determination and attainment, risk and opportunity reviews, cost controls, accounts payable/billing and cash collection
• Contributes to and reviews the project proposal and plan to establish timeframe, procedures for accomplishing the project, resource requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Ensures adherence to corporate policy and best practice, and sets project evaluation parameters.
• Negotiates changes to project scope with the customer. Follows Change Management process to identify and approve modifications to scope, cost, schedule and quality
